- Right to admission is reserved with the management.
- Entry to the casinos may be denied (irrespective of a valid confirmed booking) in the event of bad weather condition, over booking, dry-docking, government regulation, technical faults/breakdown of machinery in the vessel, law and order situation and or any other force majeure situation (as the case may be). In such an event, Guests are entitled to a refund of monies paid by him/her towards the booking. Guests are not entitled to claim any other expenses/compensation of any nature whatsoever.
- The term "Guest " shall include but is not limited to any person purchasing the food, beverages and gaming coupons on the date or allowed to visit the vessel and/or on-shore casino on complementary basis or invited by Golden Peace Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. and Golden Peace Hotels and Resorts Pvt. Ltd. (“Companies”) on the vessel and/or on-shore casino indicated on the relevant document, on behalf of themselves or others in their care.
- Entry to the casinos for the scheduled date is valid for a period of 24 hours commencing from 05:00 AM on the date for which the booking is made up to 05:00 AM of the immediately following day. The Guest can accordingly enter the casino at anytime during the said 24 hours duration. Once the Guest has entered the casino he/she will be required to leave any time before the expiry of the said 24 hour period.
- Entry to the casinos will only be permitted with a confirmed booking made either through the jetty counter sales, Majestic Pride website or the Majestic Pride Call Centre.
- The permissible age for entry on the casino floor is a minimum 21 years. Any Guest under the age of 21 years will not be allowed entry into the vessel/hotel unless accompanied by their parents or natural guardian. Entry for Guests under the age of 21 years shall be restricted only to the restaurant and/or non-gaming areas.
- A valid government photo ID should be carried for verification before entering the casino. A valid passport is a must for all international Guests coming to the casinos of Majestic Pride Group and all international Guests are mandatorily required to furnish the same along with valid Indian Visa upon request.
- Dress Code for entry into the casinos is either formals or smart casuals. Short pants, sleeveless t-shirts, flip-flops and chappals for male Guests is strictly prohibited.
- Guests entering any properties of Majestic Pride Group with their face covered due to religious, health or any other reasons must abide by the rules and cooperate with the staff, security, and management to uncover their faces whenever asked to for the purposes of identification at any point of time while in the premises of Majestic Pride Group properties.
- Backpacks, laptop bags, and bags of larger size is prohibited at the gaming area and the same may be deposited by the Guests, by availing the locker facilities which are set-up at the jetty reception, subject to availability. Further, Guests are not permitted to carry laptop, camcorder, DSLR etc. on the gaming floors of the casinos.
- No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects, including but not limited to knives, guns, weapons etc. is permitted in the casinos.
- Guests are not allowed to bring outside food into any of the Majestic Pride properties. No request, if any made for storage of outside food at the locker area will be entertained.
- The availability of feeder boats is subject to weather & sea conditions. Management reserves the right to delay the feeder boat service without prior notice in the best interest of the Guest’s safety & comfort.
- Photography and videography are strictly prohibited on any of the casino gaming floors of Majestic Pride Group.
- Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited onboard the vessel, feeder boats, jetty reception area, gaming area of both onshore and offshore casinos. Smoking is permitted in the designated areas only.
- Guests in an inebriated state will not be allowed entry onboard or into any of the casinos of Majestic Pride Group.
- Management reserves the right to refuse service of serving alcoholic beverages to Guests it believes are in an inebriated state. Guests found in an inebriated state onboard or at any of the casinos of Majestic Pride Group will be asked to leave the premises, the discretion of which lies solely with the Management. Further, the Guests will be liable to pay damages and cleaning charges to Majestic Pride Group, (if any).
- Service of alcohol is strictly prohibited on days such as Gandhi Jayanti, election days and/or any such days designated as a dry day’s by the Government of Goa.
- Management reserves the right to remove Guests from the casinos of Majestic Pride Group in case of unruly or disruptive behavior.
- Management reserves the right to close the ‘Weather Deck’ or any other area due to unfavorable weather conditions, private bookings or for any other reason as the management deems fit.
- Debit and credit cards used by the Guests for carrying out transactions at the casinos of Majestic Pride Group should have the name of the cardholder and should be supported by an original government issued identity proof. If any booking amount exceeds Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) or more, the Guests will be mandatorily required to submit copy of his/her Pan Card.
- Debit/credit cards belonging to joint account holders and/ or companies or such other legal entities will not be accepted for purchase of casino chips
- International cards are not accepted for purchase of casino chips
- The Guests shall take care of their valuables and belongings and in case of any loss, the Management will not be responsible.
- Guests with infants and kids are responsible for taking care of their children as well as handling the children on onboard vessel, feeder boats or any properties of Majestic Pride Group. Kids’ room attendants and arcade staff are not responsible if any infant or kid is hurt/ harmed in any way. A female guardian must be present with children under the age of 5 years. Entry to the children’s room is on a ‘first come first served Basis’ and is subject to availability.
- Any unclaimed valuables and/or belongings for more than 15 (fifteen) days at the casinos of Majestic Pride Group or jetty shall be confiscated and the Management shall not be responsible. Loss of baggage tags will not be entertained by Management.
- The use, transportation, or possession of illegal drugs or narcotics (including marijuana) or of any other contraband, or the participation in any other anti-national or unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.
- In case any Guest is found in possession of illegal drugs or narcotics (including marijuana) or of any other contraband then the Management reserves the right to remove the Guest from the premises as well as report the same to the authorities. In the event, the Guest is required to vacate the premises for contravention of the above rule, he/she will not be entitled for refund of any fee paid and/or any expenses incurred at the properties of Majestic Pride Group.
- Valet parking will be done only at car owner’s request. In case any damage or theft occurs during the period when the vehicle is in valet parking, the Management will not be responsible, for the same.
- The loss of valet parking tags will not be entertained by the Management.
ONLINE BOOKING OFFER
- No refunds will be issued for packages booked under the online booking offer. Once the package is booked, it is non-transferable and non- refundable. Hence, changing of Guest names on a confirmed booking will not be allowed. The discount will not be applied if the Guest chooses to reschedule the tickets. Any difference in the amount will be payable based on the tariff existing at the time of rescheduling.
- The offer is not applicable on black-out dates such as Christmas, New Year’s Day, etc. The Management’s decision will be final and binding, in such cases.
ONLINE PAYMENTS
These terms and conditions apply to the Guests who use the online services provided for any payment made to the Companies. Guests must read these terms and conditions carefully. By authorizing a payment to the Companies through the Pay U Payments India Pvt. Ltd or any other service provider ("the Service"), it would be treated as a deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. The Companies reserves all the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice. It is the responsibility of the Guest to have read and understood the terms and conditions before availing the Service. Payment Terms
- Payments using the Service may be made by using card credit, debit cards, net banking, payment wallets and UPI.
- The Companies are not directly involved in the online transactions but through a third-party service provider i.e. Pay U India Payments Pvt. Ltd. or any other akin service provider.
- Upon completion of a transaction using the Service, the Guest will be presented with a confirmation screen verifying the transaction details which the Guest may wish to process. It is the sole responsibility of the Guest to verify that the transaction information and other details are correct.
- The Companies shall have no liability for transactions which are incorrect as a result of inaccurate data entry in the course of the use of the Service by the Guest or for loss of data or information caused by factors beyond the control of the Companies.
- The Guest will receive a confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp once the payment has been received by the third-party service provider which will have the ‘Transaction ID’/ ‘Pay U ID’/ ‘QR Code’, as the case may be.
- Every payment made will be verified by the Companies using the ‘Transaction ID’/ ‘Pay U ID’/ ‘QR Code’ received by the Guest while executing the payment and a separate transaction receipt will be generated with ‘Transaction ID’/ ‘Pay U ID’/ ‘QR Code’ as the case may be, confirming the receipt of payment.
- The Companies shall not be responsible for decline, refusal, or reversal of payments, which shall be a matter between the Guest and the credit card or debit card issuer bank or the third-party service provider. In case, the transaction amount reflects/credited in the Companies bank account on declined transactions, the Companies shall only be responsible to initiate reversal of the said amount within 15 (fifteen) working days from the transaction. The Companies shall not be responsible for delay on part of the card issuing bank. Further, the Companies shall not entertain the request for payment in any other mode except for reversal of the transaction through the same mode of transfer.
- Cancellation or refund will be solely executed as per cancellation and refund terms mentioned below.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REFUND
- All bookings made through the call centre and website are non- refundable.
- No change of booking date is allowed within 24 hours of the said visit date.
- One date change is allowed for a future date with applicable difference amount payable depending on weekday & weekend pricing and can only be done 24 hours prior to the booking date for bookings other than website bookings.
- If the booking is done for a weekend, but the rescheduled date is a weekday refund will not be processed for the differential amount.
- No cancellations/refund or transfer of ticket will be processed in case of a no show.
- No refund will be processed if a Guest utilizes his/her one-time play coupons or match play coupons offered to them as part of his/her package.
- For every refund executed will have a separate refund receipt generated acknowledging the refund from the Companies.
- Once the Companies receives the refund request t, the same will be scrutinized and the transaction will be evaluated. Only after approval of the Companies, the refund will be initiated on Pay U Portal or through any other akin service provider. The refund will be processed as per the time frame mentioned below.
- Refunds shall be processed in the same payment form that was used for the bookings. Once an online refund request is generated, the same will be processed as per the time frame mentioned below.

LIABILITY CLAUSE
- Set forth below are the terms and conditions of the Companies pertaining to carriage of guests, baggage and articles thereof undertaken by the Companies, acceptance, or use of the minimum guaranteed purchase of food, beverages and gaming coupons shall constitute the agreement of the Guest to these terms and conditions.
- The liability of the Companies in the event of death or bodily injury suffered by a Guest shall be governed solely by the Insurance Policies as taken by the Companies and shall never exceed the limitation of liability to which the Companies are entitled under the Insurance policy. No undertaking, guarantee or warranty is given or shall be implied as to seaworthiness, fitness, or condition of the vessel or any food, drink, medicine, or provisions supplied on board the vessel and/ or onshore casino. In no event shall the Companies be liable for any incident arising outside the Guest areas of the vessel or the Vessel itself and/or onshore casino, including, but not limited to those occurring ashore on tenders not owned by the vessel, on or resulting from equipment not a part of the vessel, or upon docks or piers.
- The Guests hereby releases the Companies from any and all liability for any loss of life, injury or damages which is proximately caused by pregnancy, a pre- existing sickness, disease, infirmity disability or illness, whether mental, physical or otherwise of the Guest.
- The Companies shall be entitled at any time to cancel or to cease operations by reason of an event of force majeure, which shall include (without limitation) war or threat of war, terrorist activity or the threat of the same, riots, civil commotion, disaster, dry docking, act of God, natural and nuclear disaster, fire, pandemic, epidemic, closure of ports, strikes, lockdowns declared by the Government (Sate or Central) or other industrial action, medical emergency at sea, lawful deviation at sea in response to a distress call or other emergency, and any other event outside its reasonable control and in such situations Companies shall not be liable to the Guest for failure to perform its obligations mentioned hereinabove.
- The Companies shall be entitled at any time, without giving any reasons, to refuse entry, passage, to any Guest, whom the Companies consider unfit to travel or a nuisance or likely to cause mischief by reasons of over consumption of alcohol or drugs or likely to inconvenience, endanger or impair the health, safety or reasonable comfort of any person on board or likely to endanger or impair safety of the vessel and/or on shore casino.
- If at any stage it is found that the vessel is overloaded, the Companies reserve the right to decide which Guest shall be offloaded and such decision of the Companies shall be binding and final.
- The purchase of a minimum guaranteed food, beverages and gaming coupons by the Guests shall be subject to the existing rules of cancellation made by the Companies.
- The Management reserves the right to disembark any Guest at its sole discretion.
- The Guest covenants, represents and warrants that he/she is, not in any way a nuisance and that his/her conduct will not in any way cause any mischief or inconvenience, endanger, or impair the health, safety or reasonable comfort of any person or persons whether on board or not, or endanger or impair the safety of the vessel.
- The Guest shall be liable to and shall reimburse the Companies for all damages to the vessel and/or to the onshore casino caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by any act or omission of the Guest, whether willful or negligent. The Guest shall further indemnify the Companies against all liability whatsoever arising from any personal injury, death or damage or loss whatsoever caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part to the said Companies, by any willful or negligent act or omission on part of the Guest.
- The Guest is subject to mandatory security check and agrees and hereby consents to search and security check being made of the Guest's person and property whether physically, by way of screening, scanning or otherwise and to the sequestration of any property, which may, in the opinion of the Companies and/or any officer on board the vessel and/or on-shore casino, likely in any way to inconvenience, endanger or impair the health, safety or reasonable comfort of any person or persons whether on board or not, or endanger or impair the safety of the Vessel and/or on-shore casino.
- Guests are always expected to conduct themselves in a proper manner and with due regard to the health, safety, comfort, enjoyment and general well-being of all persons both on board the vessel and/or onshore casino involved in the provision of any service or facility forming part of the casinos or properties managed and owned by Majestic Pride Group.
- The Guest must not carry as baggage or bring on board the vessel and/or on- shore casino, compressed gases, corrosives, explosives, munitions, fireworks, inflammable article or substance of any kind, weapons, scissors, sharp instruments, radioactive materials, oxidizing materials, poisonous substances, magnetized materials, and any other dangerous articles/ or chattel as may be deemed by the Companies ("Prohibited Articles"). Guests shall be liable for all penalties imposed under applicable statutes and for all damages and losses sustained whether by the Companies, the vessel, on-shore casino, or any person or property or otherwise by reason or in consequence of any Prohibited Articles being brought or carried on board the vessel and/or on-shore casino.
- The Guests are instructed not to accept any packets/packages from unknown Guests and are further instructed not to abandon baggage/articles in the premises of the vessel and/or onshore casino. Unattended baggage/articles may be removed by the personnel of the Companies as an object of suspicion and shall be confiscated. Any claim for the said baggage/articles will not be entertained.
- Any claim for the loss of life or injury or loss of or damage to property of the Guest shall be notified to the Companies in writing ("Notice of Claim") within thirty (30) days from the date when the loss of life or injury occurred or as soon as the loss or damage to the property of the Guest is discovered. The Notice of Claim shall be served on the Companies at its registered office Hotel Neo Majestic, Plot No. 104/1A, Opp. Azad Bhavan, Porvorim, Bardez, Goa- 403521.
- Guests under the ages of 21 years, booking the adult packages through online portal shall be allowed for availment of only kids package and no money shall be refunded.
- Guests shall not pay any sums to any agent/person claiming to be the Companies representative for the purchase of chips, food and beverage or any other services. The Companies shall not be responsible for any payments made by Guests on his/her own volition to any agent/third party, falsely claiming to be the representative of the Companies. All payments should be affected only to the official bank accounts of the Companies.
- Guests are hereby informed that Majestic Pride Group does not solicit any investment, partnership, dilution of shares, table sharing/renting or any other kind of investment. Any Guest dealing with any agent/person soliciting investment in the Majestic Pride Group Companies shall do so at his/her own risk.
- Guests are hereby informed that Majestic Pride Group does not operate, associate, collaborate, promote, run any online gaming app. Any Guest dealing with any such app claiming to be associated with Majestic Pride Group shall do so at his/her own risk and shall be solely responsible for the consequences of such dealings.
- Any payments made to the Majestic Pride Group shall only be against the issue of chips, food and beverages, rooms tariffs and other services provided by the Companies. For all payments made at the casino and for which the gaming chips are issued, the service is deemed to be incurred irrespective of the fact that the Guest wager with the said chips, win/loss and or encashed. Under no circumstances Guest shall claim that the said payment should be treated as investment/partnership in the Companies or Majestic Pride Group Companies.
- Guest making any payment towards any service like food and beverages, gaming chips, rooms, spa etc. declare that such payment is made from their legitimate wealth/income/savings. The Companies shall not be responsible for the legitimacy of the source of funds, subsequent disputes between Guest and third parties or origin of the funds as the Companies have no reason to prima facie doubt the legitimacy of the source of the funds used at the casinos towards purchase of gaming chips or such other services as above mentioned. Once the gaming chips are issued and or other services are rendered, the Companies shall not be responsible for refund of such amount.
- Majestic Pride Group of Companies strictly adheres with the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act 2002, subsequent amendments, rules made there under and other reporting requirements, as may be issued from time to time. Guests are hereby informed that the Companies do not solicit parking of any of the funds belonging to the Guests. Once the gaming chips are issued and or other services are provided and goods and service tax is paid on such services, the said amount paid to the Companies shall deemed to be income of the Companies and the Companies shall become sole owner of the said amount. Accordingly, no such payments shall be treated as funds parked with the Companies whether or not the same is out of any proceeds of any alleged or proven crime.
- Disputes if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the State of Goa only.
- The purchase of food, beverages or playing coupons/ invoices shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
